Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of DueBill (the "app"). By downloading or using DueBill, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DueBill on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these terms.

Subscriptions (DueBill Pro)

DueBill Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in monthly and annual terms. Exact pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless changed and disclosed to you beforehand.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. DueBill itself cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter into DueBill. DueBill is a tracking tool — it does not manage, cancel, or modify your actual third-party subscriptions on your behalf; links to "Manage in App Store Subscriptions" and cancellation guides are provided for convenience only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use DueBill for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

DueBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that renewal reminders will always fire exactly on time — always verify important renewal dates independently.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DueBill, including missed cancellations or renewal charges from third-party services you track in the app.

Termination

You may stop using DueBill at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access to the app in cases of misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
