DueBill

Privacy Policy

Effective July 20, 2026

DueBill ("the app," "we," "us") is a subscription-tracking app for iOS. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. DueBill has no backend server of its own — the vast majority of your data never leaves your device.

Data stored on your device

The subscriptions you track (names, prices, renewal dates, categories, notes) are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is shared only with DueBill's own home-screen widget, via an iOS App Group container that stays on your device — it is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Notifications

Renewal and trial-ending reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. No reminder content is sent to any server.

Subscription purchases (DueBill Pro)

If you purchase DueBill Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements (confirming you're a Pro subscriber) and to process App Store purchase receipts. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user identifier and your purchase/subscription status — not your name, email, or payment details, which Apple handles directly. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

iCloud backup (Pro feature)

DueBill Pro is intended to support iCloud sync of your subscription data across your own devices in a future update. This feature is not active yet. When it ships, synced data stays within your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

What we don't do

Children's privacy

DueBill is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Deleting your data

Since your subscription data lives on your device, uninstalling DueBill removes it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version here.
